One Of The Biggest Recruitment Drive In The Armed Forces

This year, in one of the biggest recruitment drives in central security forces the government has decided to recruit 54,000 jawans in the armed forces.
The central forces and central police organizations are in motion for further expansion of raising new battalions and thus these are advertised after an approval from the Union ministry.
Out of the total of 54,953 vacancies, advertised by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC), the maximum is of the country's largest parliamentary force that is the Central Reserve Police Force or the CRPFIS at 21,566 posts.
A total of 47,307 vacancies for men and 7,646 vacancies for women in the constable cadre in the CRPF, BSF,ITPB, and others.
Applicants in the age group of 18-23 and who have completed class 10th successfully, with a few exceptions and reservations are free to apply. The candidates will take a computer-based exam, a physical efficiency test, physical standard test and finally, a medical test is being inducted in these organizations/forces.
The salary offered as per the SSC advertisement is in the matrix of Rs.21,700-69,100.
